I've been a licensed agent in South Florida since 2004. Not JUST a sales associate, I also have my broker's license, and at one time, was the "Director of Agent Services" for a major, national brokerage chain.
I was the one who trained the realtors to do their jobs correctly, and protect their client's interest at all cost. This means I likely have more education and experience than most of the other realtors you might be looking at.
